Momozar cat scratchers and cardboard loungers are consumable pet products designed to wear down with use. All sales are final, except as required by applicable law.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or a pet’s preference. Please review product dimensions and details before ordering. Normal wear from scratching and everyday use is not considered a defect and is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please contact us through our website’s Contact page with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
